Perhaps you notice you get stuck, that old patterns or traumatic experiences keep influencing you, or that your body gives signals of tension, exhaustion or imbalance.

Within this field, space arises to sink deeper into your body, release tension and set underlying layers in motion. This can be felt directly — both physically and emotionally — and brings more peace, insight and shift in your experience.

You don’t need to understand how this works. You experience it.

Even without specific complaints this work can be valuable — when you feel something wants to open, deepen or shift in your life.

Each session is attuned to your energy and your process.

No, this work is not reimbursed by health insurance.

This is a conscious choice.

In theory, based on certain trainings, I could join a professional association. This brings annual costs, which are then passed on in the rates. In return, sessions can sometimes be (partly) reimbursed through supplementary insurance.

Yet I choose not to do so.

The essence of my work lies not in diplomas or protocols, but in an embodied field of awareness and a direct attunement to energy and process. Joining a professional association would in this case mainly be a formal step, without saying anything about the quality or effect of my work.

Moreover, the current reimbursement system excludes many people, while the reimbursement often remains limited.

Instead I choose simplicity, clarity and accessibility — without external labels, but with full presence in what I do.
