Privacy Statement

When you use the contact form, request a free introductory call or send an email, I process the data you provide yourself. This may be your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.

This data is only used to answer your question, to contact you or to schedule an introduction. Adain Holistic Healing does not retain this data longer than necessary for that purpose.

When you book a session via the website, the booking system processes the data needed to:

• •record the appointment;
• •confirm the booking;
• •contact you about the appointment;
• •change or cancel the appointment if necessary.

Adain Holistic Healing does not keep client files.

During or after sessions, no personal stories, health data, treatment reports or substantive notes are stored. The treatment takes place entirely in the moment.

Via the website you can purchase sessions, digital products and parts of the Adain app.

To process a purchase, your name, email address and payment details are processed by the external payment provider Wix Payments (part of Base44). Wix Payments may collect a billing address or country information when required for payment processing or for VAT/tax purposes. Adain Holistic Healing does not request or store home, shipping or delivery addresses and does not receive these address details.

Adain Holistic Healing does not itself store a billing address or any bank or payment card details; these remain with Wix Payments.

In my own sales administration I only record:

• •when a sale took place;
• •which session or product was sold;
• •what amount was paid.

No substantive client information is added to this. However, your email address is stored with every purchase in the purchase record (Base44Purchase), so that you can receive your purchase and so that contact about the order is possible if needed. Personal data is otherwise only included in the financial administration when this is legally necessary, for example for an invoice.

Personal data is only used to process a purchase and, when necessary, to grant access to the purchased offering.

A separate privacy statement applies to the use of the Adain app itself. This is available within the app.

Purchases of parts of the Adain app via this website fall under this privacy statement.

Adain Holistic Healing uses external service providers for the website, email, contact forms, bookings, payments and digital access.

These systems only process the data necessary to perform their service.

Booking, payment and email systems may retain personal data as long as necessary for their services, security and own legal obligations. They may apply their own retention periods.

Adain Holistic Healing itself does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received.

Data that is part of a legally required financial administration is retained for the applicable statutory retention period.

The website may use functional and technical cookies that are necessary for the website and linked systems to function properly and securely.

When analytical, marketing or other non-essential cookies are used later, you will be clearly informed and prior consent will be requested when this is legally required.

Visitors and customers can voluntarily sign up for email updates about new content within the online paths. The email address is used only for this purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Insofar as Adain Holistic Healing or the external systems used still process your personal data, you can request:

• •to be informed which data is still being processed;
• •to view or have this data corrected;
• •to have this data deleted, insofar as no statutory retention obligation applies;
• •to object or withdraw consent, where applicable.

When no personal data is present anymore, you will be informed of this.
